Jennifer is our compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator with a passion for helping patients through their surgical journey and the ability to ensure everything runs smoothly.

With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, 4 years of which were spent as a PCC for cosmetic practices. Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is your go-to person for assisting with appointments, coordinating care, and offering support during any cosmetic procedures. Whether it’s navigating your treatment schedule, answering your questions, or providing a listening ear. Jennifer ensures our patients receive the best care possible.

During her free time, Jennifer enjoys expressing creativity through makeup artistry. She is all about boosting confidence through beauty. Outside of work, family is everything. Jennifer cherishes time spent with loved ones, whether it’s relaxing at home, having fun on weekend outings, or creating lasting memories during family vacations.

Adriana has been a valued member of our team since April 2018, bringing over 10 years of experience in the medical field. As the first friendly face you see when you walk through our doors, Adriana plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Adriana is passionate about building genuine connections and making each patient feel comfortable and cared for. Whether she’s assisting with scheduling, handling inquiries, or managing front desk operations, she approaches every task with professionalism, kindness, and a can-do attitude.

Originally from Colombia, Adriana brings a love of culture, connection, and community to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, exploring new places, listening to music, and enjoying great food from around the world.

Julian is our designated in-house photographer, videographer, and social media coordinator. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, he plays a vital role in connecting Dr. Payne’s medical expertise with the real, transformative journeys of our patients. From capturing behind-the-scenes moments to producing informative and emotionally resonant content, Julian ensures that our digital presence reflects the heart and mission of our practice.

His goal is to expand the clinic’s online reach by creating content that is not only visually compelling but also educational and inspiring for current and future patients. A self-taught videographer, Julian began his creative journey in 2014 by launching an award-winning podcast, which grew into a successful production company. Since then, he has worked on numerous video projects across Houston, collaborating with artists, athletes, and professionals in the medical field. His portfolio even includes a full-length documentary, which he both filmed and edited.

Julian continues to push creative boundaries while helping the clinic tell meaningful stories through digital media. When he’s not behind the camera or editing reels, he enjoys exploring history and culture, playing video games, and watching pro wrestling.

Sheila plays a key leadership role at Texas Liposuction, overseeing multiple aspects of the business to ensure the practice operates efficiently and delivers exceptional patient care. She manages day-to-day operations, oversees staff, and facilitates business development initiatives.

Since joining the practice in May 2021, Sheila has been an integral part of the practice, bringing over 7 years of healthcare management experience to her role. She began her career as a Medical Assistant Supervisor, quickly rising to Operations Manager at a well-known medical practice, affirming her leadership, dedication, and strong operational acumen.

Driven by a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, Sheila brings both heart and strategy to healthcare delivery. She is passionate about creating systems that prioritize the patient experience while fostering a collaborative, empowered team culture built on clarity and continuous improvement.

Sheila earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from the University of Houston. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
