This patient underwent a panniculectomy and abdominoplasty to address redundant skin and subcutaneous tissue of the abdomen. The procedure removed excess hanging tissue while tightening and reshaping the abdominal area for a smoother, flatter contour. At 5 months after surgery, the photos show a significant reduction in excess abdominal tissue and a more defined midsection.
