Patient 5
Case Details
At four months after bilateral upper blepharoplasty with facial fat transfer, this patient shows a noticeable improvement in upper eyelid heaviness caused by dermatochalasis. The procedure opens the eyes by removing excess upper eyelid skin, while strategically placed fat transfer restores volume to the surrounding face for a softer, more refreshed appearance. Although the patient is already enjoying a natural-looking result, subtle improvements in scar maturation and tissue settling are expected as healing continues.
